Being a custom homeplan design firm, we specialize in customizing each home plan specifically to meet the needs of each client. Displaying a specific home plan wouldn't be fair to our goal as a design firm. When you sit down with us to design a home, we won't say goodbye until you are completely satisfied with the home.

In the past, we have taken one elevation, and designed numerous interiors based on the desires of different clients. Many times, a client will come in with only pictures and a basic idea of what they want the interior to look like, and we'll move forward from there. We've placed exterior elevations on the website to give you an idea of the styles and types of homes we've worked on. But don't let the small number of designs on this site mislead you. We've completed hundreds of plans with a wide range of sizes and styles.

Absolutely not. Each home listed on the website with square footage information are actual completed designs. If you like the curb appeal of one house, but need it bigger or smaller, with more or less bedrooms, or basically fitted to suit your specific needs, we will work with you until it is perfect in your eyes.

We do have a booklet of completed plans in our office. We keep it on hand as a reference point for clients to either have a starting point or to get ideas for their home plan. Unfortunately, we do not offer anything for on-line viewing.

All you need is an idea (and sometimes, you don't even need that). We've had clients walk in with completed floor plans which they only wanted slightly altered. We've also had clients walk in completely empty handed. We'll sit down and discuss what you want incorporated into your home. The more information or ideas you have laid out, the better, but we will work with anything and promise not to stop until we get it perfect.
